I needed a huge distraction, so I painted this. It's hard to keep your head up when life keeps kicking you down, but at least I still have my dreams and I still have color.
I've been reading the Sandman comics, and it's incredibly inspiring. Neil Gaiman is an amazing man. So lately my artwork has been inspired by the words of Neil Gaiman and the art of Dave McKean.

Gorgeous! The woman's outfit and the green glow around it just flow together. Her face is beautiful and the lips are done wonderfully. The hat is amazing, and so are the gloves. Her hair is amazing. Shading is amazing here. Totally
